E. Williams

Director & Co-Founder


Mr. Williams' career in the military and private sector have been focused on intelligence and homeland security. His 23-year decorated career in the military began in 1979, during which he served 7-years as a U.S. Marine infantryman and 16-years as a credentialed ‘Counterintelligence Special Agent’ for two classified “Tier One Special Mission Units” with combat deployments to Saudi Arabia, Haiti, Somalia, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Cuba. Mr. Williams' achieved worldwide mission success leading several national-level missions consisting of source operations, counterintelligence, surveillance, surveillance detection, and counter-espionage operations.

In 2004, he joined the Wexford Group where he served as their Intelligence Team Leader. As ‘Team Leader’ he developed and led the personality targeting team for the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) in Iraq, actively fusing HUMINT Source Operations, SIGINT, and MASINT capabilities to support the operational development and implementation at the company level. Ernest successfully integrated National HUMINT/ SIGINT platforms into dynamic tactical operations, fusing intelligence derived from source operations, technical devices, operators, and the warfighters at the tactic level during monthly AWG missions.

In 2007, Mr. Williams again excelled at the Technical Support Working Group where he still currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technology for the support of the National Intelligence Community. These technologies include biometrics, digital forensics, criminal forensics collection, interrogation techniques and tactics, and surreptitious entry procedures.

He has successfully designed, managed and taught highly-acclaimed tactical human intelligence courses, including; Contingency Operations Course (CONOPS), Unit Level Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CIFSO), Electronic Target Exploitation, and Human Intelligence Collection for Special Operations.

He has also provided highly specialized support to the US Army Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and other government agencies.


 

S. Richards

Director & Co-Founder


Following the completion of his bachelor’s degree in Politics & Philosophy in Australia, he started his political career in Australia in 1998, where he authored presentations for the Australian Senate and worked for advisors to the Prime Minister and State Premiers.

In 2000, he moved to the United Kingdom, where worked with the leading branding and advertising agencies, handling projects for the Virgin Group with Start Design and other blue-chip corporations. His experience in these industries has been instrumental in his development, as a world-class communicator and strategist.

In 2007, he emigrated to the Middle East, where he has worked as a strategic consultant, and has been responsible for the development of strategic economic relationships between countries, and has managed trade envoys from Asia and other nations to the region.

In 2013, he applied his expertise in international relations, to assist on transnational litigations and sensitive legal actions. Mr. Richards assumed project control of lawsuits, investigations and support actions for these cases, under his coordination results were achieved rapidly. His success in these activities was foundational to the formation of JTACC, as these proceedings illustrated the need for cooperation and coordination to address transnational organized crime.

 

 

P. Palandjian

Director


Mr. Palandjian is a Managing Director of the Trinity Group Limited ("Trinity"), a UK based private bank regulated and authorized by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). Paul is an FCA approved person and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).  Previously, Mr. Palandjian established himself as an award-winning real estate investor, developer and entrepreneur.

In addition, Mr. Palandjian has dedicated substantial time and resources toward the support of public safety, security and defense related causes. In 2010, Mr. Palandjian, Founded and served as the Managing Director of Trinity Security & Defense Advisors, LLC ("TSDA"). From 2010-2016, TSDA operated as a licensed Broker of Armaments to Foreign Governments under the US State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Mr. Palandjian oversaw TSDA's day to day operations and new business development in consulting to Safety, Security and Defense contractors. Under Mr. Palandjian’s leadership, TSDA gained membership and certification from TRACE International - a globally recognized anti-bribery business organization and leading provider of third-party risk management solutions.
